New 3d model tour of 239 Pelican Flight:
We hired a new company to show you around the house, since you may not have time to get to the island. Every where you see a circle on this diagram, you can move through the house. Think of it like traveling through a video game. Use your mouse to look around. For more still photos, move down this page.
The beach house at 239 Pelican Flight was designed like beach homes of yesteryear, with a wide center hall that opens the whole house to ocean breezes. Raised to take advantage of flood codes and views, you enter from a two-sided staircase. (If you enter through the enclosed garage, you can use either stairs or the elevator to enter the home.)
A lovely, huge detailed glass front door opens to the center hall.
To your left is the kitchen, which leads to the dining area:
The porch wraps around the first floor on three sides for all-day shade and ocean views.
An open kitchen leads to the dining area, and then out to the breathtaking porch:
With an open design, you can get all through the house easily, and out to a porch and the sound of ocean waves from each room.
With a lovely fireplace to anchor the living room, there is plenty of space for a large gathering or intimate conversation,
One bedroom (or office) is on the main level, and four bedrooms are upstairs:
A landing area at the top of the stairs allows for the elevator entrance and this day bed for overflow guests:
To your left is a guest suite with two bedrooms and a shared bath off a hallway: one with a queen bed (and access to the top deck)
and one bedroom with twins:
On the other side of the landing, a queen bedroom faces the front of the house,
and the Master bedroom has a fireplace and access to the oceanview deck as well:
Private Master Bath:
Outside, amazing views await:
