The Dewees Island hospitality suites are located at the clubhouse on the island that owners can use for overflow guests, lot owners can use before they build a house, and even members of the general public can stay for a few days when they want to experience all Dewees Island has to offer. Sweetgrass is a basic king bedroom with bath and kitchenette. It sleeps 2.
Sea Oats is a two story suite with the bathroom on the second floor, as well as a full king bedroom and a loft area with sleeper sofa. The first floor has another queen sleeper sofa and living area, with a galley kitchen and breakfast bar.
Spartina has a queen bed in the sleeping loft with living area (sleeper sofa) and galley kitchen on the first floor. Sleeps 4.
Foxtail is the same layout as Spartina, but it allows dogs.
All suites share access to the deck and screened porches of Huyler House and are right near the pool.
Lot owners can now spend 10 nights a year in the suites for the cost of cleaning them, which is currently $75.00 per stay.
